Privacy & confidentiality

Business enquiries
Use your name, contact details and a brief description of the business need to request a response. These details are used to review your enquiry, communicate with you and arrange an engagement. Email, hosting and communication providers process information needed to provide those services.
Mobile application enquiries and attachments
The B2D mobile app can send your contact details, company and role, requested service, enquiry, country, time zone, preferred consultation language and optional photos or PDF/Word documents to our private enquiry service over HTTPS. Submission requires your consent. Enquiry records and files are accessible through an owner-restricted inbox, rather than published in Articles. The email alert contains a reference and inbox link, without the enquiry text or documents. Hosting and email providers process data to operate this service. We store a hashed connection address temporarily alongside the enquiry to limit abusive submissions. Contact info@b2dadvisory.com for access, correction or deletion. No advertising or tracking SDK is included in the app. Downloaded articles, bookmarks, readiness answers and language settings remain on the device; confidential enquiry drafts are held in memory while the app is open. These records are retained until the owner deletes them or a deletion request is fulfilled; engagement records follow agreed retention obligations. Optional attachments do not replace an agreed NDA and secure transfer arrangements for sensitive material.
Sensitive project information
Please do not submit passwords, national identification numbers, financial account details or confidential client documents through public discussions or an initial enquiry. Before sharing sensitive material, agree the engagement scope, an NDA, authorised recipients and a suitable secure transfer channel with B2D.
Public Articles discussions
Replies are reviewed by B2D before publication. Published replies show the display name provided by the contributor. Readers can report inappropriate content, and B2D can hide or delete it. Suggested subjects are reviewed before publication; accepted subjects and submitted images may be published. Email addresses collected with subject suggestions are for review and communication, and are not included in the public discussion listing.
Optional mobile article alerts
Article alerts use Apple Push Notification service after opt-in. B2D stores an anonymous installation identifier, push token, environment, language and delivery state separately from client enquiries. These identifiers are not used for advertising or tracking. Apple processes delivery data. Alerts contain public article information, never private enquiries or documents. Turning alerts off stops remote registration and removes the server token on reconnection; delivery history retains the anonymous identifier. Contact info@b2dadvisory.com for deletion questions.
Technical information
The site uses browser storage for language preferences and an anonymous discussion identifier for reactions and contributor blocking. Hosting and security providers may process connection information and set security cookies. HTTPS encrypts information in transit; no online service can promise absolute security.
Confidentiality and sharing
Business enquiry content is not intended for public publication. Access and sharing for project work should be agreed with the client. Service providers may process information to operate communications and the website; information may also need to be disclosed when required by law. This statement does not create legal professional privilege.
Your requests
For a privacy question, correction, deletion request or concern about a public contribution, contact info@b2dadvisory.com. Retention and deletion requirements for an engagement should be agreed in its contract, subject to applicable obligations.
Private article suggestions, industry study requests, feedback and consultation enquiries are saved for B2D review. Contact details are optional for feedback and are not published. Notifications go to the B2D team. You may request deletion using the contact details on this page.
